Peanut Butter Caramel Slice
Combining all the good things, this peanut butter caramel slice is utterly moreish! I cut it into small pieces and savour each bite. Best served with good company and a cup of tea!

Base
- 1 pack Clean Mixes Choc Chip Bliss Ball Mix
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp rice malt syrup
Caramel Layer
- 1 cup soaked dates (soak at least 1 hour)
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 jar peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
- Splash of vanilla
- 1tbsp almond milk
Peanut Butter Layer
- 1/2 jar peanut butter
- Few table spoons maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- Splash of vanilla
Melted chocolate on top
Method
Mix together all the base ingredients and line a baking tray with baking paper and place mixture into it and freeze for 30 mins.
For the caramel layer, in a food processor mix together all ingredients until smooth then place of top of base and freeze.
For the peanut butter layer, in a bowl (or mixer / blender) mix together peanut butter and maple syrup then spread over top frozen caramel layer. Gently melt chocolate and spread of layers, then freeze for a few hours. Cut with a hot knife.
