Chantal Certified Organic Brown Rice Syrup is a natural sweetener that is made from the finest brown rice that is slowly broken down through the action of natural enzymes. This traditional process preserves the nutrients and wholesome flavours of the rice.

Rice syrup is our preferred liquid sweetener for making Clean Mixes Bliss Balls.  

Rice syrup provides a mildly sweet flavour, so in addition to making Bliss Balls, it can be used for baking, raw treats, drizzling over yogurt or fruit.  It has about half the sweetness of table sugar and it's fructose free, vegan and refined sugar-free.
